We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hoya glass; if our filters do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new, resellable condition to qualify for a return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the filter in its original protective case and box, ensuring adequate padding to prevent glass breakage during transit, and include your RMA slip inside.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service for high-value optical equipment.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the optical integrity of the returned filter, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
